Pob is from Cheltenham in Gloucestershire, and despite being fascinated by boy bands and pop music when he was growing up, he never imagined that he would ever get the chance to do it himself as it just didn’t happen to people he knew.

After finishing A-Levels, Pob became a water sports instructor in Cambridgeshire, fulfilling a childhood dream. He met David during this time and joined a boy band in London, but not a lot happened.

After a taster of the music scene, Pob moved into Event Management and returned to Cheltenham where he has become ‘Brand Manager’ of two successful club nights, thinking the snippet of band life he experienced would be a one-off. When David called to invite him for Boy Banned auditions, he jumped at the chance.
